This page will provide a virtual tour of the PA alpha Delta chapter house on 2000 North Broad street in Philadelphia. Our house was previously owned by entrepreneur John Stafford, who was a well known for his building and real estate in North Philadelphia. The house has many historical features which have been preserved over the years of Pi Lam's ownership.

The Chapter house was recently renovated thanks in a very large part to the donations and funding from Pi Lam alumni. The alumni helped to raise over $300,000.00 to renovate 2000 North Broad street. The renvoations included, 3 brand new bathrooms (with working toilets!)new electrical wiring, a brand new computer lab, new drywall in the entire house, new light fixtures and replacement of some wood fixtures, a new fire alarm system, and a new security system.

Our Chapter room, where we hold our meetings and important events, is named after alumnus Jerome Balka.

This is our bar room, which holds all the pledge class plaques, is the site of many beirut games.
